Will the AI reply to customers without me knowing?
Only if you choose that. Every kit starts in review mode, where the AI drafts and you approve with one tap.
Are there ongoing costs?
The kit is a one-time purchase. Some connected tools have their own subscriptions, typically a small monthly fee for the automation platform and AI usage. We list these upfront in each kit.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the kit doesn't work for your business, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. You get a receipt and your download link by email straight after payment.

Digital kits: full refund if you email us within 14 days of purchase and the kit doesn't work for your business. Done-for-you setup: 50% refundable before work starts, non-refundable once installation begins. AI Ops monthly: cancel anytime from the "Manage my subscription" link, effective at the end of the current billing month.
Terms
Kits are licensed for use in one business. You may not resell or redistribute them. Automations run on third-party tools (WhatsApp Business, n8n, AI providers) whose own terms and fees apply. You remain responsible for messages sent to your customers.
Privacy
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. We keep your name, email and purchase history to deliver your kit and provide support. We don't sell your data. Email us to request a copy or deletion.
